Our first full show after COVID with interim director Tony Sparks. On September 24th with 44 members on stage, Enchanted Mesa Show Chorus performed at the Albuquerque Little Theatre. Hosting special guests the Albuquerque Girl Choir, and Quartets Shine, Quarter of Four and Sweet Insanity made the show extra special. Emcee was John Taylor. We were so glad to have a big audience and to be Together Again!
The first show after quarantine restrictions were lifted. It was joint effort of the four women's barbershop choruses in the Albuquerque area. Masks were worn while singing to help ensure the safety of our audience,
The Year of COVID. Singing in person was not an option, so we created a virtual chorus and learned new ways of singing together...while apart! While life can be challenging, it is important to remember that life is also full of endless possibilities. Don't let anything stop you from chasing your dreams! With positivity, perseverance, and imagination...Anything Can Happen...If You Let It
Third Place overall
The show was a delightful trip to the days of radio. Learning music brings back memories of summer days at the beach, picnics in the park, a ride in a car with the windows down and the radio blaring. The audience joined us as we visited a simpler time, when one turned on the radio, adjusted the dial, and sang along!
Our show was a fun opening to the Christmas Season. Audience members were swept away to Enchanted Mesa neighborhood where a home lighting competition is about to begin. A big snow storm is in the forecast, and no one knows if the competition will be canceled.
